MAP Described

The RootHealth Massive Action Program is an 8-16 week course of development immersing the individual in a customized program that is not just counseled but administrated and managed by a Strength and Mobility Specialist. This is a VERY high touch program. This means that the specialist (program manager, coach) and the client will be connecting VERY frequently.

This strategy has almost total success IF EVERY STEP IS FOLLOWED.

MASSIVE ACTION in the areas of movement, activity, and nutrition gives tangible momentum (RESULTS) toward a long term goal of health and vitality, moving PAIN FREE. Then incremental action is utilized to keep the ball rolling FOR A LIFETIME!!!

Pillar 1: Immediate Impact

Physical Change Day 1!

The first step is to make an immediate physical change that you can feel.

In our studio work with chronic pain, we use our Integrated Manual Therapy to significantly decrease pain and increase mobility in as little as one session!

Pillar 2: Instruction

Technique Coaching and Practice

Your individualized exercise technique and program is instructed for you to practice and perfect.

Detailed instruction is delivered in individual appointments, group training boot camp, and/or in the training videos via the app.

Pillar 3: Implementation

Guidance Throughout the Program

The best exercise program that could EVER BE MADE is only effective with a proper implementation strategy.

You will experience EXTREME CERTAINTY and CLARITY with a full coaching experience through advisement/consultancy to navigate the implementation of your program in aspects of:

  • Accountability

  • Feedback

  • Focus

  • Tracking-Process, Outcomes, Habits

Pillar 4: Expansion

Your prescriptive exercise program is just one impactful step to better health and performance.

But the holistic nature of the human body requires us to reach beyond the isolated area of concern and address the body as a whole!

  • Education-Courses! If you have a body, you need to be educated on HOW to use it…keeping it healthy and competent. These courses spell out the ‘WHY?’ to our methodology through countless years of research from extreme varieties of experts in a wide spectrum of areas. Much of the info will surprise you!
