Human bodies acquire chronic pain through dysfunctions in stabilization and mobility patterns. Restorative strength training is a methodology based on the principle that RESTORATION of optimal movement needs to be at the basis of all other development.

We work with you in person to perform physical testing and instruct your specific program of development. All programs are precision customized approaches to an individuals needs.

We perform sessions at our studio in Newport Beach or at a location specific to your needs.
