Every sport has specific needs regarding quality of movement, strength, cardiovascular capacity and, most of all, typical injury patterns to be addressed. Our system pinpoints these needs and develops them for the highest quality performance an athlete can achieve in any sport.

As well, chronic pain can have a debilitating effect on sport performance. Pain, injury, and imbalances can be caused by repetitive motion or acute trauma. We address ‘chronic’ injury and biomechanical/biochemical imbalances to keep athletes healthy for a lifetime of performance while addressing the specific performance demands of the sport.
