How it Works

1st stop: Get to know us and let us know about you.

You will fill out a form for brief information about yourself. Then you will be led to a video and booking page.

Here, we have an in-depth video telling you about our system, our philosophies, mentality, etc. This is letting you know really what you will be getting yourself into.

There’s a reason we have an extremely high success rate. Our system is highly nuanced if only for the fact that we’re very different than most of what you’ll see in the ‘fitness’ or the ‘health’ world. I have painstakingly gone through every area in health and fitness and noted the flaws that give people deficient results. Then, I created better systems to fix them! (see the front page and click each for examples)

There should be a good fit with those philosophies, mentalities, principles, and paradigms in which we follow.

There’s a very small staff and we want to make sure that you don’t start on a relationship that really isn’t right for you…..and vice-versa.

That being said, our program is actually much easier than you think (in term of physical effort… not focus and accountability) and will elicit much better returns than you even think you can get.

Also, because we do customize, we likely have an opportunity for almost everyone…it’s just we want you to get in at the right level for you.

2nd Stop: Meet your advisor

In this appointment (90 min though it may not take the whole time)….

You will meet with your advisor over Zoom

You will be asked about your:

  • Current health condition

  • Goals

  • Behavior patterns

  • Nutrition

  • What you like to do

  • Your family, work, recreation, occupation

It should be fun! It’s actually a pretty laid back and fun way to put the pieces of the puzzle into place for us to build a successful strategy.

At the end, we’ll give you a couple of options for moving forward. If you decide to work with us…….

Usually, it goes like this: You choose one option….then you say, “but….something.”

Then we customize for the 'But’ part.

Then, we take a payment, give you some homework (this will be testing/assessment related to the conversation), and set the strategy appointment very soon after (likely in the next day or two).

3rd Stop: Get Your Strategy.

Initial strategies are 8-16 weeks depending on individual need. Here, your advisor will present the details of your strategy (see elements below) from the first day. Think of it as a journey where you’re the driver, we’re the navigator, and we know all the shortcuts on the way.

Also, we’ll go over your testing/assessments/screenings with you and pivot on the details listed below.

Your strategy will include (at levels structured for YOUR RESOURCES):

  • Education (courses you’ll watch and/or books you’ll read)

  • Your 1/1 meeting schedule

  • Group Q/A and office hour times

  • Your accountability call calendar (see the FoS plan!)

  • Your habits (these will pivot as we go)

  • Your video instructed training program(s). This will also pivot as we go.

  • Tracking! This will let us know how process yields outcome.

  • Tracking!!

Here’s the thing…You will be HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL! The only times we don’t have success is either the tracking shows us that the inputs are not what is planned for the outputs or there is a medical issue that needed to be found and adjusted. Even in this case, this is a massive win as usually this wouldn’t have been uncovered otherwise.

Going through the program: What’s it like?

We get to know each other a lot. We meet sometimes daily and you get work arounds to situations you didn’t know exist. This is what makes results rather easy. Groups are a lot of fun. It’s actually laid back even though we’re dealing with serious health issues as the crux of our focus.

Though, FYI, I disdain the bartender/hairdresser approach to personal training. We’re here for a reason and all of our time is related to the goal at hand.

After my first ‘course’.

Most people move onto a concierge Health/Human Performance Advisory program or the more immersive Health/HP Mentorship.

You’ll have the options of moving onto a second course (mentorship) building on the first, moving on, a maintenance program (concierge advisor) or a variety of other options.
